If you have any trouble downloading, signing, or emailing the waiver, please contact Rachel. 
If you don't have a printer/scanner, use one of the options below:
• For Smartphone / Tablet: Use the HelloSign app.
• For Computer: Use DocHub. Click on the document link. It will open as a Google Doc. Select "Open With" in the black toolbar at the top, and choose "DocHub" from the drop-down menu. DocHub will allow you to create a digital signature to paste on the form. 

STEP 3 of 3: SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT

IMPORTANT NOTE: this is different from the email address for Shares payments.

In each payment, please add a note that you're paying for the Texas Retreat.

The cost of the retreat for regular registration is $250. We have 2 payment options:
          A. STANDARD REGISTRATION: $100 deposit due by Jan 15 / $150 balance due by Feb 15*         
          B.  PAYMENT PLAN:
$62.50 deposit due by Jan 1 / three additional payments due by Jan 15, Feb 1, Feb 15*
*Late Registration: If any portion of payment is made after 11:59pm Central Time on Feb 15, $25 late registration will be added.

All payments are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
