If you don't have a printer/scanner, use one of the options below:
• For Smartphone / Tablet: Use the HelloSign app.
• For Computer: Use DocHub. Click on the document link. It will open as a Google Doc. Select "Open With" in the black toolbar at the top, and choose "DocHub" from the drop-down menu. DocHub will allow you to create a digital signature to paste on the form.

In the payment, please add a note that you're paying for the Southeast Retreat.
The cost of the retreat for regular registration is $250. We have 2 payment options:
A. STANDARD REGISTRATION: $100 deposit due by July 1 / $150 balance due by Aug 15*
B. PAYMENT PLAN: $50 deposit due by June 15 / four additional payments due by July 1, July 15, Aug 1, and Aug 15*
*Late Fee: If any portion of payment is made after 11:59pm Central Time on Aug 15, a late fee of $25 will be added.
